I’ll start with how amazing the location of this hotel is, the beach is amazing and the sea lovely and warm with lots of fish, your also in like a gated community so are free to wonder about to get some lunch or have a few drinks by the marina where the dolphins live ! The entertainment staff were amazing and work really hard, entertainment all day and brilliant shows at night! The rooms are very dated and need a revamp but not to bothered by that as we weren’t in the room much at all! The food…. The hotel was beautiful and Mexico is amazing but would not return to this hotel purely based on the food, we ended.
The shop staff are very rude and rang our room three times during our stay over someone using our room number, which isn’t a problem but these calls came at 7am!! Not what you want on holiday The burger bar was by far the best but was never ever open, it was open twice during our 14 days stay!

was absolutely horrendous, every day it was the same cold food smothered in oil and grease, I don’t think we had one full meal in the buffet restaurants the whole stay! The A la carte are not much better in my opinion, I was poorly from the moment we arrived to when we got home, I’m sure it was the food!
